As the creative director and lead designer of Mallory Joyce Design, I strive to infuse all of our projects - weddings, events, and editorials - with a sense of timeless elegance and artistic vision. 

A graduate of the University of Virginia with degrees in Economics and English Literature, I found myself in search of a vocation that spoke to both my analytical mind and creative sensitivities. It was during my own engagement that I began planning weddings and styling events for other couples. I fell in love with the process of creating atmospheres and moments of shared experience that families would cherish for generations. Soon thereafter, I took up florals as part of my wedding design process, and have been creating lush bouquets and tablescapes for my clients ever since!

I'm an idealist and a romantic, a woman of faith, and a student of creativity. I believe family history and tradition are of utmost importance. I'm a sucker for surprises, front porches, new places, barefoot living, and getting dressed up.  My husband Michael and I love our home here in Charlottesville and are grateful to be raising our three children in its beauty.
